Privacy Policy

Explore without an account

You can enter and walk our worlds without signing in. In that mode we do not ask for your name or email. We still process the minimum technical data needed to render the world and keep it safe (see "Presence" and "Analytics & logs" below).

Account information

If you choose to sign in, we collect the email addressand basic profile information (such as display name and profile photo) provided through your chosen sign-in method, plus a unique account identifier. We use Google's Firebase Authentication and Google Sign-In to handle log-in; we receive your email and identifier from that provider — we never see your Google password.

Presence & position

Because Nyzaverse is multiplayer, while you are in a world we process your real-time presence and position — your location in the 3D space, the direction you face, your movements, the avatar you are wearing, and which areas or events you are in. This is broadcast to other people in the same world so you can be seen and heard near them. Presence data is transient and is used to power the live session, not to build a long-term movement profile.

Voice & text chat

Worlds support proximity voice chat and text chat. When you speak, your audio is streamed in real time to nearby participants; when you type, your messages are delivered to the people who can see that channel. Voice is transmitted live and is not recorded or stored by us as a matter of course. We may retain limited text-chat records and, where strictly necessary, voice or other evidence connected to a specific report for safety, moderation and abuse-prevention purposes (see "Community safety").

Avatar & in-world choices

We collect the choices you make in the world: the avatar/character you pick, your flag or cosmetics, settings and preferences, rooms or halls you book, and similar in-world activity. If you sign in, these are saved to your account so the world remembers you.

Analytics & technical logs

We collect basic, privacy-respecting analytics and server logs: device and browser type, approximate region (derived from IP), pages and worlds visited, performance and error data, and similar diagnostics. We use this to keep the world running, fix problems, understand what people enjoy, and protect against abuse. We aim to keep analytics aggregated and not tied to your real-world identity.

• To run the multiplayer world — render the scene, show your avatar to others, and deliver voice and text near you.
• To create and secure your account and remember your avatar and preferences.
• To keep worlds safe — detect and act on harassment, cheating, spam and abuse.
• To improve and develop new worlds and features.
• To communicate with you about your account or important service or policy changes.
• To comply with the law and enforce our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

With other people in the world. Your avatar, display name, presence, voice and chat are visible and audible to other participants near you — that is the point of a shared world. Do not share anything in chat or voice that you would not want others to hear or see.

With service providers. We use trusted infrastructure providers to operate Nyzaverse — including Google Firebase / Google Cloud for authentication and hosting and a real-time media service to carry voice and presence. They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

For legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our users, the public, or Nyzaverse.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies and browser local storage for essential functions — keeping you signed in, remembering your settings and avatar, securing sessions, and basic analytics. Strictly necessary storage is required for the world to work. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but some features (such as staying signed in) may stop working.

Nyzaverse is a social, live-voice and live-chat world and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us personal information, contact us at privacy@nyzaverse.com and we will delete it. Teens who are old enough to use Nyzaverse should still take care with voice and chat — see our Community Guidelines on protecting minors.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Account data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Live presence and voice are processed in real time and not retained as a routine matter. Safety and moderation records, and limited text-chat logs, are kept only as long as necessary to investigate reports and protect the community, and to meet legal obligations. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can update much of your profile in-world, and you can request the rest by contacting us. To delete your account and the personal data tied to it, email privacy@nyzaverse.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries; by using Nyzaverse you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Nyzaverse evolves. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in-product. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
